Senior Conceptionist
Are you empathetic, a strong communicator and have a good instinct for solving our customers' challenges? You love analysing topics, have a broad knowledge of marketing and your superpowers are creating concepts for web, brand, campaign and content. If you are able to translate customer needs into clear procedures and have a well-founded opinion, then cyperfection is the right place for you.
What you bring to the table:
- At least five years of professional experience in a digital, design or creative agency or in comparable business areas
- Ability to build and expand customer relationships
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, health (OTC/RX/consumer healthcare) an advantage but not a prerequisite
- In-depth content and quick familiarisation with topics
- High level of conceptual competence and presentation skills
- Extensive, broad knowledge in the digital sector (content marketing, omnichannel, ecosystems, campaigns, SEO, advertising)
- Experience in the development, design and moderation of workshops
- Good writing skills and ability to put thoughts in writing
- Analysis skills and experienced use of common tools such as GA4 and SEO tools
- Experience in dealing with AI
- Strong communication skills, personal responsibility and persuasiveness
- Very good written and spoken German (native language) and English

What is the daily work routine like?
- Currently, we work hybrid, partly from the home office.
- Your onboarding will take place at the agency.
