Close to our heart: A new face for the city of Ludwigshafen

Relaunch of Ludwigshafen's city communication: Ludwigshafen should appeal to many different target groups in a positive, simple and concise way and convey the attitude towards life of the entire city. So we developed a new logo and claim as well as design guidelines for the entire communication.

The project in detail

We help
To support the integration of refugees, cyperfection has developed the charity project “Welcome to Lu” in cooperation with the city of Ludwigshafen. The website of the same name is intended to help people in the city familiarize themselves with everything relating to their new stage of life in the city:
How does the asylum procedure work? How can I learn the German language?
What is the constitution? Or even: Where is there free Wi-Fi in Ludwigshafen?

Understanding made easy
Visitors have the option to view the contents of the website not only in German and English, but also in written and spoken Arabic. The text blocks are supplemented by catchy icons. This way, important information gets accurately communicated to the recipient.

Everyone‘s joining in
In addition to the content for refugees, the website offers an insight for Ludwigshafen citizens who would like to actively participate in the integration process via the button “I want to help.” There are numerous options to choose from, ranging from in-kind donations to helping out in an asylum cafe. Interested parties can find all relevant jobs, contact details and contact persons here.
