Within the customer journey, a magazine can be an important touchpoint and a valuable tool for customer loyalty. With the print magazine "HaysWorld", the international personnel service provider Hays offers relevant content for its target groups. Our challenge: create a digital version of "HaysWorld" and establish it as a future-oriented multi-channel platform.
